Do I have to sign a contract?

No, never! Our competitors love contracts- they lock you in for an entire year. We believe that our service should be based on customer satisfaction, not contracts. Whether it's routine, seasonal, or a one-time cleaning, we never make you sign a thing.

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

Are your employees bonded and insured?

Yes. You’re covered no matter what happens because we are fully insured and bond our employees. We take great concern with the safety and security of your home.

Will I get the same cleaning team every time?

We know that the best customer experience happens when the same team perfects the cleaning process in your home. That is exactly why we send the same team to your home every time to ensure the highest quality tailored to your specific needs.

Do I need to be home for the cleaning?

No, you do not need to be home. Most of our clients provide us with a key or a garage code. Our vetted employees are trained to make sure your home is safe at all moments and will double-check all doors and windows are securely locked after we finish.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Can I provide the cleaning supplies I want used in my home?

Yes, you can.
